Shipping Policy

Delivery charges are subject to change dependant on order size and weight. All of our orders are sent with Royal Mail and you will be provided with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14 day return policy on non food/cosmetic items. These items will be fully refunded (not the postage) if they are faulty or incorrect size ordered. Items that look damaged due to misuse will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
